In this course, the world renowned Golf Biomechanist Jean Jacques Rivet will walk you through a foundation to his biomechanical understanding and how you can best apply it to your coaching.

There will be an overview of the history of biomechanics, how forces act on the human body and also how to measure motion and forces.
